Kenya: Counties Should Embrace ICT – Kagwe

[The Star]PLANS are at an advanced stage to have counties facilitate ICT within their operations, Nyeri Senator Mutahi Kagwe has said. He said the government wants to see the use of ICT at the county level. Kagwe was speaking at a tour of the Lower Indian Ocean Network’s fibre cable landing station at Telecom Nyali exchange in Mombasa.
