Kenya: Kenya to Offer Private Sector Incentives in Sh100 Billion 4G-LTE Rollout

[CIO]The establishment of local county governments appears to have set back Kenya’s progress towards rollout of 4G-LTE. An official at the office of the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Information and Communication told Dennis Mbuvi that the ministry was in negotiation with counties towards the same. This, he says, is to avoid a situation where the rollout is approached differently by each of the counties.
