Governance, ethics, entrepreneurship and natural resources
    M. Sreedharan

Corporate governance guidelines the world over have been debated innumerable times on the issue of disclosure, transparency, code of conduct and ethics. With the passage of time guidelines have been reshaped and redesigned so that the functions of corporations would be bettered qualifying them to be the catalysts of growth and development. In this context it would be interesting to consider the concept of ‘GREEN’ in the global landscapes and how the issues of governance, responsibility, ethics, entrepreneurship and nature (GREEN) would respond to the different situations arising out of different transactions of transitory character amongst the users. This paper is a humble attempt in this regard where relevant cases have been examined in the context of ‘GREEN’.
